Nagashikan Stainless Steel Egg Tofu & Gelatin Mold

These steam pans are typically used to cook foods such as chawan-mushi (Japanese savory egg custard) or tamago-dofu (egg tofu) in another steaming vessel. They are also ideal for setting liquids containing gelatinous agents such as gelatin or agar agar because of the removal inner tray.
