On July 7th, a cat wandered into a Mino-yaki pottery workshop. Named SHICHITA after the Tanabata (Star Festival) celebrated on that day, this adorable cat became the inspiration for the SHICHITA Series of tableware.
This design features a lovable cat gracefully skating across a hyoretsumon (Hyoretsumon), a geometric motif that artistically represents the appearance of cracked ice on a skating rink.
